Whole-house and main-floor renovations, from moving walls to new floors, lighting and millwork.
Renovating an older home means opening walls you have never seen behind. We plan for that: our estimators inspect structure, wiring and plumbing before we price, so the proposal reflects the house you actually have.

How we run it
We seal off the work area, protect the rest of the house and agree on working hours before we start. Many clients live at home through a main-floor renovation; we plan the kitchen and bathroom shut-downs so you are never without both.
Good to know
Older homes often hide knob-and-tube wiring or undersized beams. We find them during the site visit, not halfway through the job.
